Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her father participated in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters played sports like hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. Aleesha was awarded her professional license after winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was 2008, however she began competing in 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ranked 9th. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha started to get better and eventually be the first professional competitor when she won Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her highest place. However, the "World's strongest mom" took a break from fitness due to health reasons.
